Location: Edmonton, Canada

Wage: $16-18/hour

Job Description:

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about salon services and products.
• Process client reservations accurately, entering appointment details into the salon’s computerized booking system and sending appointment reminders as needed.
• Provide product recommendations and assist clients with the purchase of salon products, including haircare products, styling tools, and accessories.

Requirements:

• International students are preferred
• Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
