Location: Vancouver, Canada

Wage: $17-19/hour

Job Description:

• Effectively communicate and sell phone plans, products, and services to customers, tailoring recommendations to meet their needs and preferences.
• Handle inquiries and provide information about phone plan options, pricing, and billing details.
• Assist customers with selecting appropriate phone plans and devices based on their usage requirements, budget, and preferences.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including preparing bills and receiving payments through various payment methods (cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments, etc.).
• Maintain a tidy and organized sales environment, including displaying products attractively and restocking inventory as needed.
• Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex matters as needed.
• Must be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking customers.

Requirements:

• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
