Who Is It For?

This stream is for foreign workers inside or outside Canada who:

  • Have a full-time, permanent job offer in Ontario
  • Work in in-demand occupations (e.g., construction, agriculture, trucking, personal support workers, etc.)
  • Have at least 9 months of paid full-time work experience in the same occupation (in Ontario) within the last 3 years
  • Meet language (CLB 4), education, and settlement fund requirements
